All
goods remain the property of Cojo Furniture until such time that they are paid for in full
Payment
of 50% is payable as a deposit on placement of the order.
Balance must be paid BEFORE ANY GOODS WILL BE RELEASED FOR DELIVERY. This may be in the form of EFT
Whilst
all efforts are made to ensure that the order will be delivered
within the standard delivery time frame (4-6 weeks), Cojo Furniture will not be held responsible for delays caused by the suppliers.
Should the client wish to cancel the order, this is to done within 3 DAYS IN WRITING
with Catalyst acknowledging receipt thereof.
Any order cancelled AFTER THE 3 DAYS will be liable to forgo the initial
50% deposit paid.
Product flaws or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
All reasonable efforts will be made to repair any flaws or defects.
All delivery fees are for the delivery of furniture and assembly, if necessary.
In the
event of customers forgoing the delivery option and collecting from
Cojo Furniture the following will apply:
Full payment must be received prior to collection
Goods must be collected within 7 days of notification
